Have work RIGHT NOW today, need Joomla Theme fixed.(repost)

I have a joomla 1.5 site it has custom components installed, it is very important that those styles not get overwritten entire site almost done, but the styles on homepage and for bullets and numbered lists, and margins are off, header graphic needs to be fixed so it looks like mockup (graphic sized and ready, just needs to be placed correctly on homepage). Articles on homepage should have gap inbetween them like mockup. Also need a section for testimonials (articles) where each one rotates out on homepage with jquery and looks cool, fading text and next one comes up (random). Also need tell a friend in bottom of site setup and installed looking nice. Thats about it just some basic clean up. I need it done in the next 3-4 hours, no exceptions. I will put bid up and close it in next hour or 2. This is obviously a rush project, but I need someone reliable who I can count on for more coding work, someone who is really talented, a good communicator and quick. *** BONUS WILL BE ISSUED FOR QUICK CLEAN WORK WITHIN 4 hours of start. ***
