I'm looking for an experienced Wordpress & Responsive developer to customise a responsive real estate theme [url removed, login to view]
1. Search function customised so both part or full postcode is picked up eg - PE1 and PE1 2QW
b - Property Status moved and potentially radio buttons added to select For Sale or To Let
c - Estate Agent is based in just one city location only, so areas within the city to be added to replace city
2. Below the image slider we'd want a text area, perhaps within 4 tabs with icons designed for each.
3. Below this a different layout needed and use of responsive plugins for separate sections for "Latest Property For Sale" and "Latest Property To Let" that scroll through with swipe functionality similar this development site [url removed, login to view]
4. We need to include a Savings Calculator - I can provide this for you to install
5. 2 or 3 latest posts including image, excerpt and read more button
6. A property Search page with search function, Geo-Map locations with icon markers, showing other properties close by
7. Listings page to be moved around and include links to get a Property Valuation and to book a viewing with agent.
8. Some design work needed for icons, home feature slider, and header - (All logos, colours etc have already been created)
9. Client will need XML set up as they are using software that uploads listings to multiple property sites, so must have experience in this.
MUST BE SLICK, USER FRIENDLY AND ANY ADDITIONAL HTML5 COOL FUNCTIONS TO MAKE THIS SITE THE BEST PROPERTY SITE YOU HAVE EVER WORKED ON :)
