asp.net storefront help

I need someone to take a .psd file and create a skin for my asp.net storefront (ML, version 7). I would prefer css design to tabled. we may or may not need to make some changes to the site structure for the design to work. if that's the case I want the same person/company to be able to do it all. right now it looks like we will just have the one main template within the site, but I'd like to know how much extra it would be if I also wanted a template for the homepage. I will design the templates, you just need to make them work. In addition to the project above I would like to add a forward to a friend form that I can include on any page. I would like a seperate form that collects addresses so that we can send people a physical catalog. these form must be secure. I would also like to expand the store to create a resources area that looks and feels like the store and that I can expand as necessary Please quote each of the things I've described seperately. we may have to choose a few to start and do more later.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I need asp.net storefront template files and original css/xml/html files for all pages created. This includes any graphics in web optimized form.
