We need to develop a solution so we can use that as a project management tool. We are aware that there are some products already available but we need to either develop a new one or add some features to commercially available solutions so it has the features we need such as ticketing, knowledgebase, calendar, tasks, to-dos, etc.
This solution needs to have both an admin and user end for each company or client. In addition, we need to have a management portal to manage all clients (companies). This might have some features similar to basecamp.
We prefer to have a wordpress solution however we are open to your suggestion.
You should be able to communicate with us in English by using Skype, Gtalk, or Phone after the project is awarded.
You should be able to support your code after delivery for 30 days. That would be when your final milestone is released.
We need to employ graphics (such as icons and images) to make the navigation easier between option. We WILL buy those graphics after your recommendation. However you are responsible for the overall design and look of the system.
We want to have the option to use the login option by using either Google, Facebook, or Linkedin at this stage.
You should list all software or plugin you need us to obtain in your Bid.
