Amazon API - Integrated Call Back Plugin

I need a Wordpress Plugin built that has a simple search function on it - that calls on Amazon's API to check Sales rank of a single item based on the UPC of the item. That item is then repriced based on a formula, and then added to a "cart" or excel file. The file created must be converted into Amazon's Inventory Loader template, so that template can be uploaded to Amazon. Amazon uses the file to post the item in inventory/for sale.

You MUST have experience with Amazon's API as getting Amazon to return sales rank is the main portion of this project. Amazon experience is required.

Code must be installed on a Wordpress Installation/template. Preferred if this entire project is created in a wordpress plugin.
