Playout Server & Software inc source code

We require a playout server developed to run music tv channels on sky tv in the uk. We currently have 3 music channels running on sky and require new hardware and software for individual channels. Currently we have 2 4u servers (vectorbox) capable of running 2 channels each. We have our equipment situated at arqiva in Chalfont (London) this is also where the uplink is (we are required to present the video & audio to arqiva via SDI with embedded audio - this we will have to confirm). The specs and performance of the current systems is a concern this is why we are looking to get another solution.

We have our own voting servers/software which drives the music channels and tells the current playout servers what to play via xml and require this new solution to be driven by xml. We will need to be recommended what hardware is best and will purchase this when needed (The vectorbox server which we currently have, uses a playout spec Matrox LX card i believe, which are no longer available).

We also currently use a Clarity (PixelPower) Digital graphics inserter for 2 of the 3 channels and use the inbuilt vectorbox solution for the 3rd channel which displays the top left, top right, song information and song voting info graphics. We would require a similar solution to this and we currently drive this vectorbox graphics from our own software using xml and templates on the vectorbox graphics software.
