MySQL/Cron Job/FTP App

I have a need to automate these processes. I have to setup MySQL databases on several servers on several networks. All have cPanel. I need an app to: 1- Read from a file (txt or csv or input directly into the app), that includes the username and password to the account, the data for the SQL databases I want, etc.. 2- Setup MySQL databases for each account. 3- Setup cron jobs if needed 4- I would also like to be able to mass upload files to the various servers AND for the app to set the permissions on the files/folders selected. Files are in ASCII and Binary. I am doing this manually now and have to setup several each week. I need to totally automate these processes. App can be php that loads onto a central server, or a desktop app. The goal of course, is that the app works, is stable (can retry if connection fails) and that it is idiot proof. Thanks

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Unix/Linux cPanel MySQL FTP App can run from my server or be a Windows Desktop app.
