Java Expert (Spring MVC, JSP, also some JQuery would be useful) for tech support/training

I am a .Net/C# programmer who is trying to work on a Java project and finding it very difficult. I need someone who knows Spring MVC, JSP, and preferably Eclipse and JQuery too to be on skype to answer any questions or help me with coding if they can. I will be working all this weekend so it would be great if that person could be available 11am Saturday until 3pm EST (Eastern time, USA) on an ad hoc basis, and on Sunday the same times, and then during next week on an ad hoc basis too (i.e. it would be great if that person would already be doing some programming of their own at that time but if I interrupted them every now and then for 10-20 mins it would be ok).
I know some of the basics but I keep having code that uses map objects etc and I dont really understand how they work. I thought they were like .Net collections of key value pairs but not the way they are being used on this project!
I expect I will have a few queries per day that would take an expert about 10 mins - 20 mins to resolve. I am willing to pay $20 per query - it will be up to keep a record of exactly which queries I asked you and how much I owe you for each one.

I want to make it clear I am talking about a max charge of $20 per hour because I am talking about only having a max of one issue/question per hour and I expect it to take less than 20 mins to answer the question in each case - $20 per question - I expect only to have a few questions per day (probably a max of three per day, and only for a max of 7 days) Also the person who accepts needs to be available on skype/email during the hours I will be working (11-3 Sat and Sun EST and weekday workhours EST)
