GPS Navigation Program

Hi, I am looking to create a program to plot GPS points the program would need the following features: Written in .net delphi or c++ Link to serial ports to recieve GPS information Link to some out our own custom equipment (developers guide avalible on request) Zoom in Zoom out and pan (tool to click and drag) Measure distance between two points Save marks at a specific point Save lines at specific points Save lines between moving gps positions (vessel position) Save that information in different files (encrypted would be good but ascii would do) Merge files on screen Display a list of files that are open and allow users to hide them via a drop down menu Intergrate with our background charts (sdk avalible on request) Info box to show GPS / TD position of mouse on the screen) Sutable to screen resolution 1024 x 768 upwards I will make a mockup screenshot of what we would like and post it to each comment / bid If you have any question please ask

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
