Do Follow Blog Checker

I'm in need of a blog do-follow checking application. This application needs to run in all Windows versions (XP, W2K3, Vista, Win7).

1. I want it to be multi-thread capable (selectable # of threads).

2. I need it to use proxy lists with authentication if necessary.

3. I need it to import blog url list from txt file.

4. I need it to scrub and find do-follow blogs from the list of urls imported.

5. I need the ability to export this list of do-follow urls to text file.

6. This application should be able to read any kind of blogs (BlogEngine, Wordpress Blogs, Movable Type and all others) and correctly identify if the comments section is do-follow or no-follow.

7. An optional feature depending on price would be to add PR checker as well as do-follow checker.

## Deliverables

The coder needs to be negotiable and flexible to make sure the deliverable performs the task necessary. The finished product needs to install in Windows, import a text file of blog URLs (I have another program that creates this list), it needs to visit the urls and determine if the blog is do-follow or no-follow using proxies, it needs to be able to export the list of do-follow blogs as a text file.
