I need a Wordpress developer to fix the following website ASAP. I need the following tasks completed now please:

1. Replace icons on menu with attached icons

2. Resize the image slider size to scale proportionally with existing banners

3. Create a new page "APPLY NOW"... see attached .doc for page content and instructions

4. Create "Terms and Conditions" page and copy/ paste attached text from attached .doc

5. Please copy/ paste all text from "WEBSITE TEXT" .doc on all pages of website accordingly

I am looking for the LOWEST price for all the tasks mentioned above. I need someone that UNDERSTANDS these instructions 100% and can deliver ASAP (I need someone to begin work NOW please). Thank you.
