I'm looking to establish a long term relationship with a programmer or company fluent with Joomla. A relationship in such that both parties are looking to grow and develop in order to obtain greater capital.
Must be Joomla based.
I cannot give out full project details until the project has been awarded. Many of my ideas haven't been done yet and it would make the project useless.

-Premiere Member Advertisement
-Standard Site Attributes (Home page, News, Downloads, FAQs, Links)
-Internal Blog (Linked with Site RSS)
-Internal Forum
-Multiple Joomla Extensions will be added as time goes on
-You will receive fully designed layouts from me. I just need you to program them
-All web graphics will be given to you
I. Web Directory
-Standard web directory offering paid & free submissions
-Paid Submissions would be almost instant (24, 48, 72 hours)
-Free Submissions would be on random timer (4-8 weeks, with a 50% chance of deny)
-I'd like to offer a 3 level subscription for submissions.
1. Bronze - One Time Submissions
2. Silver - Will be discussed
3. Gold - Will be discussed
II. Article Submission
-Standard Article Submission w/ Free & Subscribed Submissions
-Free Submissions - Would be category based, buried in deep pages, limitations on articles, 2-3 week waiting period w/ 50% chance of deny.
-Subscriptions - 3 levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
-Different levels offer different attributes. (Would follow standard article submission with bonuses depending on subscription level. (Example: Bronze - 5 articles/month, silver - 10, gold-25)
III. Video Submission
-Free Video Submission
-Paid Video Submission (Provides multiple SEO benefits along with commercial advertisements)
-Video Submission will be discussed
IV. Premiere Member Advertisement
-Taking the concept of a "myspace" page but implementing it for companies.
-Would provide prime advertisements
-Would provide full SEO benefits (fully customizable from user input)
-Would allow Web Directory + Article Submission + Video Submissions)
-Considered to be a "GOLD GOLD GOLD MEMBER" Highest member possible.

VI. Internal Blog linked with RSS (Self explanatory)
-Would be administrated with Joomla Extension

VIII. Joomla Extensions
Any extension which needs to be paid for will be provided by me.
Any free extensions are free.
Additions to the site can be established with a pay as we go.
I'm looking to take Joomla, implement it into a custom layout and utilize multiple extensions as the site moves forward. I won't lie, I don't have a huge sum of capital to blow on this project off the bat. However, I can assure you as time goes on this will need constant maintenance. I'm looking for someone to establish a long term relationship with who wants to develop something which has each and every opportunity to sky rocket in the years to come. Social networking, internet marketing, seo, blogging, forums, online communication, and such is the wave of the future. I've been in this wave since I was 11.
