We need someone to design and build an Islamic themed WAP portal offering users content of the following categories:
[»] Wallpapers
[»] Animations
[»] Themes
[»] Applications
[»] eBooks
[»] Quran Mp3s
The portal should come with pre-loaded content (ideally public domain or copyright free) and has to be optimized for mobile browsers and should allow users to subscribe to receive islamic content to their phones by entering their mobile numbers upon clicking a subscribe link.
The portal has to come with a simple admin interface which allows us to maintain / add / delete content in the different categories.
Bidders with previous experience in mobile sites (wap) preferred.
