SOCIAL NETWORKING PLUGIN

I need to create a COMMUNITY page on my website, MYstockroom, to plugin the open source social networking software called ELGG ([login to view URL]).

This project only requires connecting the user database tables of my website to the Elgg tables and incorporating the code source into my website. You are not building a new social network from scratch.

Specifics

1) There should be a link on the HOME page entitled "COMMUNITY" (Next to the linked entitled STOCK). COMMUNITY link will take the users to the Elgg social networking page. The users will see the home page of the social networking page. They can see pictures of the other users and they can then search for other users and communicate with them. When they click a user's name, it will take them to the users PROFILE page of the social networking plugin.

2) PROFILE. The profile pages for my website and the profile page for the social networking software need to be COMBINED. Whenever someone logs into the website and clicks on their profile, they will be taken to the social networking PROFILE. When a user clicks on the PROFILE in the stock boards, they will also be taken to the PROFILE of the social networking software. The PROFILE of the social networking page will be the DEFAULT profile page. Also, the pages on the current PROFILE on the website needs to be combined with the social networking profile page. For example, the new profile page will have TABS like REVIEW THREAD, etc.

3) LOGIN. There should be a single user login.

Here is a temple that I would like to use for the social networking plugin. We just need to make sure there is NO security risk with the social networking

software that would allow hackers to gain easy access to the website.
