I am looking for a TEAM of programmers and website designers that can work on a project based on PHPProlance RBS (Reverse Bidding System) I believe its based on Codeignitor PHP.

changing the way the layout looks and some added features. If your team wins the bid and it is completed in a timely manor with good communication. We can come up with a weekly pay agreement for entire project to be completed.
