70138 PHP Project

I curently have a form that users sign up on that goes into a msql database. I now need whenuser submits form it creates a account form them where they can login to upload pdf reports. Admin can then login to see all reports for each account. The reports should be placed in folder for each day. Need abiltiy to upload one or multiple reprots at a time. Must be easy to use and understand. Must provide good quality graphics that go with current site design and provide progress bars icons etc. Also have ability for admin to delete files and user to have password recovery Communication on msn messenger. I need to stress again quality looks and easy to use is manadoty with good funictility and ability to expand later if needed
