OSdate template need fixing + Flashchat installation

I install Osdate on the server, so far is running fine when use on "default" theme. I bought a Theme online and after I activate none of the links work on the admin screen, the template looks fine BUT on the profile section, the box that contains a background doesn't stretch to follow the text leaving the text out of the box. I can supply with images for you to see. Also i bought Flashchat and it need to be install on the server. Finally I need to install a Facebook Icon once the members enter the site.
Please you must know how to work with the program. I need to see other Osdate site you worked before. Everything I mentioned is what you have to work on, so when you give me a price don't ask for more money later.
