Oscommerce new product info design layout

We need to redesign our product info page in oscommerce.

We have found a design which suites our needs, please see below

We would like to have all the functions, layout and design of everything inside the large grey bordered box, from the product image at the top of the box, right down to the Customers who bought this product also purchased menu at the bottom of the grey box.

After the project is finished:

1. our product info page will mirror the supplier url product page, same layout, same style, same functions as all the menus, buttons, related sreaches and products, but obviously our products will be on the page.

2. our additional images contribution will be merged into the new design, we will supply details of where it will go to the winning service provider

3. most of the page needs to be called using php and sql, we only want to update the product description for each product. So everything from Description: to Packaging Details: should be our admin template, the rest should be called using php.

4. the new design will display correctly in all browsers

Small budget please this is not a large project to work on. Mostly css work with some php and sql work to make the related searches, related products and also bought menus display on oscommerce.

Project will go to service provider who can fix with smallest budget in fastest time.
