Hi,
Looking to have a simple website designed and coded. I want to have my site similar in design and format to this site:

As you can see the design is very web 2.0 and very simple. Everything is mostly on one page split into 4 sections, with buttons on the left that takes you to a certain section on the page. I want my site to be modeled after this site in format and design.
Each page has a transparent image in the background, but each page has also has a slightly different background color and color scheme to differentiate each page.
My website's purpose will be to offer restaurants a certain software program. I will supply all headlines on each page, as well as let you know where any buttons/links/tables will be and look like. I'll also tell you where I want a small monitor image for displaying a video such as the one "How It Works" page on junkmycar.com.
I also planning to have my logo designed and coded. I have a rough design of how I want my logo to look like to give you a general idea of what I'm looking for.
Want this template to have light colors as a color scheme.
This should be a relatively simple job for anybody that knows what they're doing. If you've done similar websites before, please let me know. It should be straightforward what I am looking for. Please let me know if you have any questions or need me to clarify anything.
