I already have the mock drafts (files attached), with a few minor changes, you would only need to execute the mock drafts into a real website.
Basically, you would have to improve this existing site: ([url removed, login to view]) to the mock draft design and layout (files attached).

--Wordpress, thesis themed.
--Simple, clean layout
-- I would provide codes for home search results. You would only have to input the pre-defined codes. Something like this: [url removed, login to view] (scroll at the bottom of the page.)
--The blog page will look something like this: [url removed, login to view]
--Because it's a simple site, I will pay SPECIAL attention to fonts, and layouts. Attention to details is a must.
--You would have to know how to improve the widget (from home page).
IMPORTANT:
-- Communication is important to me, it needs to be consistent and fast.
--If you perform well in this project, there will be more opportunities for more work, to improve site, add new pages,. Basically, you would be the go-to maintenance person for the site.
