We need a custom CRM built, which will be 6 main pages. It will need to have the ability to upload video, store profile pages, store statistics about the individual profiles. The statistics will need to be searchable. The website will need to assign areas of the world to these user profiles, by their postal codes. The areas will be requested by the users as they register to join the website.
The site will rely on a presentation and will need to be very professional looking. Clean, Smooth Edges, Quality Fonts, Etc. Etc.....
I have drawn up a very detailed specifications sheet, along with a full layout of the 6 pages that I need. I have included these PDFs in this listing below. They are labeled according to what pages they are.
I need there to be a reoccurring monthly fee for each Title or Level that is assigned to each user. Each Title or Level will be allowed certain privileges on the site and each title will have a Price Per Month Charge for Membership as well.
I will need to figure out a merchant system for collecting these fees, as well as stores setup to sell items and collect revenue as well.
I would really like to see this written in Ruby On Rails, but I am open to other solutions, if there is a better solution. Please specify your proposed price, what platform you intend to build this site on, and a few examples of sites that you have developed, that I am able to view and get an idea of your work.
