Create a news website based on twitter hashtags/ trends and Wiki style articles + other - repost 2

Visit this website first, If you have an idea what software they use and you can do the same with some modifications and customizations, please Bid , otherwise do not .

It uses Twitter hashtags and wiki style to bring news from Saudi arabia but allow people to create/edit the newspaper article/columns ..

A somewhat similar idea : [login to view URL] (without wiki)

So to explain in more details:

1-I want a somewhat similar website which is based on mainly active Twitter hashtags/Trends in Saudi Arabia and posting them as news ticker/scroller in a modern attractive and well organized way and [login to view URL] and videos should show up with the news ticker as in here : [login to view URL]

2-All the reference features should be replicated into my website.

3-People should be able to interact with those hashtags/Trends from the website as in the reference one.

4-The most active hashtags can be selected to be written about in separate wiki style articles , can be edited by anyone but has to be moderated by admin, similar to Wikipedia style .

*Those should look well fitted with news ticker

6-I have some other thoughts but those are the basics.

7-It should be in Arabic (right to left orientation) - use google to translate and I can help translation.
