Variable Component

I want to put 3 variables in some kind of component outside of my VB.NET application in a manner that is secure and a user is unable to read the component (ie... no text file). I would then reference the object from the application to get the values. I am open to suggestions on how that is done. I need to be able to alter just these three variables and email them without recompiling my entire application and sending it through email.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

MUST BE ABLE TO TEST IN A VB.NET PROGRAM.
