I am a serious buyer looking for a serious coder to develop a serious application. If you are not 100% capable of delivering the product, please do not bid on this project. This app will help me manage my accounts receivable collection efforts. The new app should do the following as a minimum... I currently have two applications that are used in my business. App #1 is a CRM tool written in VB and using the Jet Database Engine. App #2 is an off the shelf small business accounting package. I need an application that will receive a daily import of data from both of the above applications, then... Compare today's data with yesterday's data, and take action based on the changes between the two day's data imports. Display who owes what. Sort and search based on multiple criteria. Give the ability to view info on a single debt or all debts a customer may have. When viewing a debt, the collector will either call the debtor, fax the debtor, email the debtor and/or cause the debt information to be included in a Word Merge file that will ultimately cause reminder, past due, final notice letter to the debtor. Collector should have the ability to make notes that will be associated with the debt being collected, then set a "next action" date, type and next action notes. For example, when a debtor promises that payment will be made by a certain date and that promise is not kept, the app should prompt the collector to take the next logical action and read the notes related to past collection efforts. Once a debt has a balance of zero in the accounting software, the debt should be flagged as paid in the new application and cause the debt collection efforts to stop. Views will include...Client info screen indicating all pertinent contact data from our CRM database as well as general debt information...Debt view will include all information pertinent to specific debt and collection efforts. All database tables must be accessable through Crystal Reports for the purpose of generating custom reports. (We will develop the actual reports.)
