VB.NET NTFS Permissions Watcher

I wrote much of this program myself so I am well aware of how simple it is. I am tired of writing it though and just want a good developer to either rewrite it or take my code and finish it. Using my code is probably much harder than just rewriting it. This application allows the user to browse and choose many different files or folders and the NTFS permissions are then stored within an access database in the same directory as the applications EXE. Then, either the same app or a separate console application will be scheduled by Windows Scheduled Tasks to run. When it runs, it checks the current values of the NTFS permissions against what is stored in the database. If they are different, an email is sent. This checking process can also be run from the main application and a datagrideview is used to show all current values in the DB, when the last check was performed, and if the permissions match or mismatch.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

VB.NET 2005. Must run on Windows of course.
