User interface and database development and design

Hello,

I have developed an existing Social network. Using LAMP. Is is a Social network similar to Google +. users join diffenent groups and share , chat, post etc.

The second phase of my project is to develop a user interface that allows users to schedule discussion Topics, based upon catagorized Topics, Time, and date.

The user interface for this i have in mind is similar to an existing site. which allows users to use filters to see the actual discssions live. These discussions are live Voice over IP conferences.

1) I need to create this User interface/ template design for the searchable database and ability for users to post a discussion topic. ( i have one in mind that exists/ that could be used as a model but it is not exact i would need help with this vision)

2) this databse needs to be intergrated into the code of my existing site.
