I am looking for a billing system to be built using either PHP or ASP. The billing system will need to collect the following data. Customer name, address, email address, The product they have taken inculuding product name, price, date. The information thats put into the database on each customer would need to gererate a invoice every month which would have the customer name address product date and total to be paid. We would need to have the option to credit a customers account from one date 2 another. So if a customer was given two months credit it would show a credit on the invoice for two months and then after that would bill normally at the normal rate. We would also need the system to do prorata billing. so if we put a customer into the system and it was part way through the month when its a new customer it would charge for the part month and then a month upfront, and then from next month it would just bill normally. All the invoices would need to be sent out via a email each month in PDF formate We would also require the system to run a report so we can see what profit is being made in that month and what has been billed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
