Oscommerce text alignment adjustment on product page

I have a modified 2.3.3 oscommerce site I am working on and I would like to change the text layout. I have attached two images showing how it looks now and how I would like it to look. I have also attached the [url removed, login to view] file I am using to allow you to see if it is a simple task. I cannot provide access to our server, but I can provide the files for this site if required so that you can develop the change on your environment then give me the code change and I can implement it.
