Interspire "Triggers" And "Email Campaign" customization

There are 2 areas of customization we need added to our Interspire installation.

1. In the “Triggers” section there are a few features we need added:

a. If you look at the radio button “Based on a link being clicked”…this ONLY shows links that were clicked for an email broadcast…NOT an autoresponder.

We need another option that says “Based on a link being clicked in an autoresponder”…so we can create triggers for A/R clicks.

Additionally we need the ability to "filter" the possible links using a search criteria before we select them to keep this screen manageable as the number of possible links gets greater. (For both A/R links and email campaign links.)

b. We need another criteria on this screen as well that says, “Based on an autoresponder email being SENT”. When selected this will show the list of contact lists, we select one and then select the autoresponder message from a that contact list. Then this criteria would need to be true for the trigger to fire.

c. We need another criteria as well that allows us to choose a field value from the contact record. So we could select any field (or multiple fields) from the contact record, and define what value needs to be there to satisfy this criteria for the trigger to fire.

We should be able to use all of these criteria at the same time in defining the trigger so that all of the pieces of criteria must be true for the trigger to fire.

2. In the selection criteria for sending an email campaign:

a. We need the ability to suppress the email campaign being sent if the contact is on certain other lists.

We should be able to select multiple contact lists using check boxes - and any contacts that are on these lists will NOT get the email broadcast.

b. We should also be able to select from A/R links that have been clicked or have NOT been clicked as well. (Similar to the triggers section customization above.)

All development will be done on our development instance of IEM for testing. Then you will help us migrate the changes to our production environment.
