i need a manual payment gateway controlled by admin

every one on this website must pass through the payment gateway

and the payment gate way should me like dual gateway

after you are cleared on the 1st payment gateway, you would be allowed to be on a default profile level and once you are cleared on the second payment gateway

you will move to advance profile level

assigning profile level can be manual as far as a person who has been cleared by admin from the any of the two gateways has been cleared

i need a page rotator that will rotate the business page of every user on the site

i need all users to have a business page
