Custom Joomla 1.5 Component need mayor modifications

We have developed a custom Joomla 1.5 component.
We are at the finishing stages of the project, but we are looking for a Joomla team to finish the functionality and design.
1. You will need to fix about 10 - 15 bugs on the system
2. Add functionality to the system - about 20 screenshots will be send
3. The joomla component should be compatible with the SH404SEF component (this is a must)
4. Final SEO changes to be made
5. Add/create/remove about 5 modules to the system
6. Custom emails that get send to clients at certain times/dates (we need about 2 added to the system)
7. Add custom reports to the backend - about 5 of them
7. You or your team must be English fluent - no compromise here!
Kindly note that is it not a small project. Don't bid if you haven't done custom joomla components. Again, this is not a simple component, it's bigger than you might think.
The chosen freelancer/company will have the benefit of becoming our permanent programming if ALL our requirement are met.
We prefer not to deal with Indian-based companies/freelancers seeing that the last 3 projects with did with Indians has failed miserably. You will need to show previous Joomla custom components done by yourself. And you will be able to provide us with a backend username and password to check if the work was done by yourself.
