Website Upgrade and Enhancment

I currently have a social network website made from the [url removed, login to view] script Version 3.11. I need to upgrade it to the most new Version 3.16 with maintaining the current theme and layout. Need SEO also.

I purchased following plugin and I need to install and build the necessary page with maintaining the current theme and layout:

Few new Template for [url removed, login to view], and have an easy plugin option for admin to change it. We need template based on religious holidays, independence days, valentine days, or for some special days. Check all the current plugin and make sure those are working.

Fix page alignment to some sections. Enhance SMS section (will discuss further)

I would also like to make the video section of it something that will earn my member's points for viewing videos or having a unique IP view their video that they posted. I also would like to have a fresh new layout created for the main page. I would also like to add a profile mod script where my users can modify the look of their profile easily and on the web.

I also need to know if you have any idea for some new plugin that you would be able to develop to benefit our members. I am looking for a developer who has out of box thinking.

The programmer must produce neat code. Must practice some sort of error checking
