We have recently purchased and setup a youtube clone php script that uses ffmpeg and mplayer for the video showing. The programmer in our last project did a great job of getting mplayer and ffmpeg running correctly for us.
However, the standard mplayer skin that is setup up by default during installation of mplayer is not a very user friendly skin and it is simply not a skin that looks good and therefore we do not want to use it. You can view the default mplayer skin we want to change via the website we are running it on via the following URL.

I have done the research and found that the mplayer skin can be changed and that there is even an mplayer skin download area at the main mplayer website where you can freely download different skins that other mplayer users have created. From what I understand and have read, these [url removed, login to view] skin files will install and work with all current versions of mplayer without the need for additional rpms etc having to be installed. The skin download page I am referring to at the main mplayer website is as follows.

The skin can be viewed and downloaded via the following URLS. (I am providing the direct links to the skins for both the main Mplayer website and the Freshmeat website as one version may work better than the other in regards to the ease of installing the skin and I would rather the selected programmer be able to choose which he/she believes is the better choice as you all are the professionals when it comes to this area of things.)

The selected programmer will have root access to the server via ssh provided to them at the start of the project. We will also escrow the full amount of the project to the winning bidder at the start of the project and will release the funds the same day in which the project is completed. (Pending the project is completed as specified which we will verify by testing the script upon completion of the mplayer skin installation.)
