Website to build video based community.

I am interested in building a PHP Mysql Apache based website, which will be a video based social site.

PHPmotion gets be there 80%, I am looking for someone who can take the open source PHPmotion and expand on it based on my requirements.

===Website===

I am looking to create a community. Users will have a user area with Profile and media files which they can select to share in three ways. 'Public' or 'Subscribers' or 'private'.

Everyone will be able to see and and comment on everyone's public media. Home page will be a thumbnail gallery of this public media. Once logged in, users can view, their subscribed media by users or all (and be able to comment on it) and also see and edit their private media.

** Key feature is to be able to stream live to one or more subscribers using pc/mac webcam.

===IPhone App====

There is a need also for a iphone app where users can upload videos directly to their account. On the iphone app, users should also be able to browse videos as mentioned above. The limit on length of the video to be uploaded should be 3 minutes.

===Admin Page====

There is a need for an admin page, where I can change theme of site, deactivate or activate users, edit any comments/videos posted by the users, change site look and feel including category names i.e. change 'subscribe' to 'join' and other key variable like that..
