Zen Cart: Update 20 medical product descriptions filled with italics and non italics

I have 20 product descriptions to be updated. The products are already entered. The challenge is that each description is a paragraph of text filled with some italics and some non-italics and these need to be 100% duplicated. I would do it by entering a lot of <i> and </i>. If you know a better way to automate it, that is fine. We need the product descriptions to look just like the word document (and no - a text image is NOT an acceptable alternative!)

I am attaching one paragraph as an example. This is fairly typical - some have more italics, some have less.

So this is not a big technical challenge but a lot of detailed work to turn italics on and off and deal with any other special characters.

If we get to the end of the project and you feel that my 'example paragraph' was not a good sample, talk to me about it. You will see from my feedback that I am reasonable.
