PayPal Virtual Terminal - Batch Transactions

I need a PHP script that can be uploaded to any standard linux shared hosting account - this script is to contain a text area in which a batch of credit card numbers are inputted along with their expiration dates. Each card and its associated expiration date will be inputted on a new line. This script is to parse the inputted data, and submit it through PayPal's Virtual Terminal API, it is to return (post) the declined transactions during processing.

Example:
