Need WordPress Site(repost)

Need a WordPress site.

I will supply the theme to the accepted coder for this project and all the graphics (but you need to tell me the sizes of each graphic in pixels and the location of where to store the images). The attached zip file contains two PDFs that must be read and fully understood before bidding on this project.

There are 3 areas related to this project:

a) Experts Profiles:

The site is used to allow "experts" to post from a mini to large profile about themselves. The mini profile is nothing more than basic information about them to the large page which is like a blog page. The mini is free; the large (blog page) will cost. Users who want the large page (blog) will order a "code" from our ecommerce site that will enable a timeline of when the "large" page will show up. If it expires, show the mini page.

b) Educators and Training Seminars:

Educators and Training seminar organizers can submit their training material for posting. Currently this is at no cost to them. The information is supplied to Administrators of my site before posting it.

c) Advertisers:

Allow companies and individuals to post products or information related to their services. This is a paid section. Users will order a "code" from our ecommerce site that will enable a timeline of when the "ad" will show up.
