Need somebody well versed in design and also Drupal to modify/add some features to our Drupal based website. ([url removed, login to view])
Please find below a complete list of the changes that we are trying to implement. All those changes will probably require a new front page for the site:
## Deliverables
1)Link title of stories directly to the original site that the story is from. We had some issues with copyright infringement so it would be a good idea to have story linked directly to the original site that the story is from when url to the story field is completed. Or let us know if you can think of any other way to handle the copyright infringement issue.
2) Limit summary of story to 400 characters
3) Modify interface of tinyMCE to make it a lot more intuitive for the users. May be change the icons and use icons that are more intuitive. Or may be add some new icons that have some text under them to make it even more intuitive ...One user didnt even know that he could add some pictures to the story ....
4) Make the following blocks smaller (may be use smaller font for comment and top rated user block???) so that we can have more space to put some ad blocks
-comment block
- top rated user block
- video block
5) Move top rated user block somewhere else so that the block that it currently uses can be used for ads
6) Change video block format to look something similar to video block on [[url removed, login to view]][1] it will help save space since the videos are placed in a horizontal manner instead of vertically. Add scroller too if possible.
7) Separate videos from articles
Have the videos in their own view similar to <[url removed, login to view]>
8) Have a featured block article block similar to one the front page one of [[url removed, login to view]][2]
9) Have a block that will display rss feeds from several other sites on frontpage. Give the users the possibility to choose which sites he wants the rss feeds from. (I will provide the list of sites)

10) Have a block that will display the recently added articles
