My client needs their users to receive a notification when they reset their password. Currently, when the user updates their password, the page doesn't change and the user is given no notification that the password was updated.

The notification should take the form of a URL redirect to a page with the password change confirmation message.

I have tried setting this up using a trigger. The user is forwarded to the confirmation page but the user profile is never updated.
