Script to parse MLS system

I want a perl script to parse the carolina home website and email me property listings that meet my criteria.

First the script will need to post the info on this page:

The city list like all config options will be hard coded at the top of the script.

Now the next page may need to be posted to several times with different options to get all the listings I want. Once this is done we will have a list of houses 20 per page. The first thing that needs to be done is remove the houses under contract. Then I want to get all the information about each house listing. Now that we have all the information given about the house there will be a few things that will be negitave key words. Such as if $PropSubType = Manufactured Double Wide skip this listing.

I would also like the script to keep a record of what listings it has emailed and only send me a listing one time. But I would like this to be an option so I can have it send all listings if I need it to.

Once we have filtered out the listings I would like the remaining listings sent to me in one email. The email should contain the picture, price, address, size of house and lot size with a link to the full listing on carolinahome.com.

If the script gets an error from [url removed, login to view] I would like the error message sent to me so I'll know there was a problem.

I need a coder that will write good clean code. I need it well documented as I will be adding to it myself. So I need to be able to follow the code and see what is going on.

I want this coded in perl as perl is what I like to use and again I will be adding to this later on. This will be run on a linux server via cron.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Linux script will be run via command line or cron.
