Hello once again,

I am right now looking for an experienced smarty platform developer. I am looking for an indian with part time regular basis. He should work at least 3-4 hrs a day. Don't quote me like a company and don't quote me higher as well. I want that guy to be experienced with payment gateway set up, paypal and other if any. I want my users to pay me through their credit cards as well as paypal.

Payment will be monthly. You will not get any payment upfront. For the start i will give you some expenses in between but after first month payment will be done at the end of the month.

I need you to be experienced with creating own jqueries and timeline features on my website. The payout will be max INR 12k per month only.
