php/mysql website - using existing open source components

I need a website created using existing open source technologies. Your job is to find suitable open source platforms, and integrate the login so that single sign on works and the user experience is seemless. The platform must run on PHP5+ and mySQL5+ I require: 1. Front page - Just like the [url removed, login to view] front page - very clean and clear. The difference, no international languages, no join free login, so it will need a link to 2 other pages: "Benefits of Joining" and "Contact Us" Open Source Programs to do: 1. Member Management: User login, forget password, user able to edit user details, etc 2. Learning materials: Users access eLearning content that I put up for them. Content organised into modules that the user pays for. Members must be able to leave their feedback on the bottom of each page as well as rate content. Admin needs to be able to delete/hide any comment made by a user (think: admin must be able to eliminate spam). 3. Community of practice (Groups): Users can subscribe or start groups. Ability to post and read messages, etc. 4. Tools area: This is where users can assess (1) Flash based tools (I create this - all you need is to provide the space for the users to access uploaded tools); (2) Powerpoint Presentations (sames as the flash based tools); (3) Support - users can post support questions to admins and have them fixed 5: Payment/Discount/Subscription System: Users will pay a joining fee and then $x per year for membership. Coupon and discount codes are required to discount the joining fee and/or the membership fee by a certain amount, or a certain percentage. I need this done very quickly, so if you are available to work full time on this and get this done quickly, please bid. ## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
