Simple Joomla fix (Vituemart issue)

We need a coder who will fix our Joomla site.
When I open the admin area and trying to open any category or goods in VirtueMart, I'm getting redirected to the home page of our site. We have sh404 installed.
I did a copy of this site on the development server. The admin area is in Russian. This is a small project but if we'll get good results we'll have much more work in future.
I've posted a project with a wrong budget accidentally a minute ago. I think that fair price for this project is up to 30$ as long as it should not take you for longer than 30 min! Price is really important for us as long as we'll have many small project with very simple and clear description.
