we are to send 375 USD to someone
we have 2 debit/credit cards that has adequate funds/credit limit
but when we try to pay via pay pal - they are asking us to enter a 4 digit code that they will send in the next billing statement to our physical address
Sending this fund is very very urgent.
In past, some pay pal programmers gave us a link where we just had to enter the card details and payment was bypassed / processed without having to log in to our pay pal account.
is this possible? if yes, let us know and we will pay 10 USD for your assistance. this is not a request to do money laundering as it's not allowed.
