421783 Joomla/PHP/Resource Fix

OK, I have a directory/community site with a lot of pieces and parts. So far, I have done very well, considering I am a self-taught developer.

I've hit a wall and need help.

Short story: FLEXIcontent directory is taking too much script memory on this page:

This is another site with the same set up, not as many items live to show how it SHOULD look:

I changed my memory_limit from 32MB to 64MB:

memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB)

So I'm pushing it... and it still didn't fix the style site (which has 49 resources in that category, instead of 15).

It looks like FLEXIcontent is hogging processing resources.

This is a big issue, as each day a new resource gets added to these categories. At the end of a year, there will be 365. Then 730 after two years and so on.

I'm hoping there are some ideas on how to fix this, since my style site went live and the gardening site is supposed to launch today - and blank pages will keep appearing as resources are added.
