We need a firm to acquire 200 one way links to point to our website. Each link must match all of the guidelines set out below:

Each of the links you obtain must match all of the guidelines here to fulfil the project:

1. The links must be on pages that have been cached by Google and have a Pagerank of at least 1.

2. The links must be one way only, you must not promise them a link from our site OR from your websites in return for our link being placed.

3. The links must use the exact link phrase and link url that we give you, if they insert their own text or simply link the webaddress etc. then it is no use and will not be counted.

4. The links must on actual website pages with content, not stuffed into someone's link directory. Examples of link directories would be:

if you do not understand this then please do not take on the project. Most seasoned link building firms should know exactly what to avoid, if the links are on pages that resemble the examples shown we will not be counting them as valid.

5. The 200 links must be on 200 different websites and different class C IP addresses. We do not want 200 links on one website or 200 links across someone's own network of sites.

>> Payment will be released through escrow as soon as all 200 links have been obtained and delivered. This project is for 200 links ONLY! We will not make part payments for work done should you fall short of that total.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
