Create a Drupal Template for a Resume (CV) portal database

We need a Drupal Template for a Resume (CV) portal database.

Some key features needed:

- The normal Registered Users Candidates must be able to enter their Resumes filling a simple form for free

- Registered Users Employer must be able to register, select a subscription (monthly, quarterly, annual), pay with paypal and access the CVs database

- Simple and user friendly interface to be able to manage the resumes and the employer

- Consider 2 to 3 advertising slots

- Must be a Drupal theme, we want to install the theme and be ready to use the website with minimal configuration (Logo, colors, users, adverts, etc.)

- support during the installation and (in case is needed) the initial configuration
