PHP/HTML Website makeover.

I need this website given a professional look and feel to it: [[login to view URL]][1]and can be done in any Macromedia or MS office web development environment. It is predominantly html but there is some PHP content and is hosted on a Linux based hosting service with php/mysql

The site is based around a forum (phpbb forum) which itself needs no alteration unless you feel it needs a change of template to bring it in line with the rest of the site. I can make the forum templates available if needed.

I am looking for a web designer with art and creative skills who can re work some of the graphics namely the forum logo and the animated banner at the top of the home page.

The site also needs thumbnail galleries added; the images (about 250) will be provided and are already on the server. It is up to you how the thumbnail galleries are laid out on each page and new images will need to be added at a later date using the development environment or if you prefer you can make an admin login to add new images. A database with phpmyadmin is available.

The site is an on-board html live chat rooms, but these are being replaced with a new chat rooms so there is no need to make any alterations to the chat rooms or its login pages. There are no changes needed for the sections marked ‘archived discussions’, Latest News (this is a php portal) and any section under ‘navigator info’ as these are mainly pdf downloads. I would like the retain the left side navigation bar.

Once the site’s makeover is completed I will need to be able to add new editorials on the homepage and new items in the navigation bar using the web development environment (PHP it is Macromedia Dreamweaver, and html is MS Office)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
