Mortgage Calculators in Flash2

I am placing this on RAC again. The previous coder just isn't getting it done, and I am now looking for someone who is Flash guru, who can get it done QUICK.

I will paste the original requirements below. Note, I have a JAVA versions existing whose functionlity I want to duplicate at <[url removed, login to view]> NMeed basic calc, and the SuperCalc comprises several loan types (take a look). Also Pre-qualification, rent versus buy, fixed versus arm. HEre's what the previous coder has completed for me in the last month: <[url removed, login to view]~y2ali/[url removed, login to view]> As you can see, not much has been done at all for 1 month! I need this done, looking great (better than that), and NOW.

We want to recreate those, but better, nicer, and in Flash. Slick, interesting, useful, and fast to give output fields. Users repeatedly enter different values in fields to get the result they want, so the calculator would need to offer output just as fast as the Java ones do in example. Graphs could take a moment to draw, but resultant numbers would need to be fast and without refreshing page. like the DinkyTown Java charts respond.

Our main concerns are the following calculators, but all on the Dinkytown Mortgage page would be nice :

Mortgage Loan

Mortgage Qualifier

Rent vs. Buy

Refinance Break Even

Adjustable Rate Mortgage

Arm vs. Fixed Rate

We can provide the algorith (from Java code) for the first two. The rest are pretty much variation on Loan calculator. Won't be a problem for us to figure out

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
