Members visualization on the worldmap

We've got a PhPboard about RC ([url removed, login to view]) and we would like to have a world map with the members's position in the world.

The ideas :

1) See the Earth turning from space and then plane to Belgium (like GoogleEarth).

2) It could be difficult for who doesn't know Belgium but I would like to get most popular cities on the map. If it's more easy for you, there could be a file called [url removed, login to view] where I set name and position on the map.

3) Each member as a number. Just put a circle with the number to show position of the member in the country.

4) Editable INI file with information about member :

4a) MEMBER1=pseudo

4b) member's coordinates on the map. You can either use "real" coordinates or what you prefer but not too difficult.

4c) name of picture (folder PICTURES)

4d) Country

4e) text line 1, 2, 3, 4,... (maximum 10 lines)

(ideas are welcome)

5) When you pass your mouse on a number, a textbox opens and shows a box with the picture (see point 4c above) and information under the picture.

6) Show the member's list (pseudo & country) on the screen with the possibility to select a name a directly the earth turns to show the member localisation or zoom out and zoom in.

7) Music : 10 (or more) musics with a selectable choice and a button to stop or continue playing music. Music must be free of copyright. It could be easy to change them via ftp (I mean, one file per music, i.e. in MUSIC folder). When you change music, the volume must go slowly down and the same for new one slowly up.

8) All box, pictures or information in general must be show "smoothly" and desappear "smoothly".

9) You must preview a logo from a file. Position must be determine with preview results.

10) Colors could be changed.

As you can see on this forum, automobiles are the center of our conversation. If you have any ideas to add beautiful pictures of cars, it's welcome. (do not forget, always by a file)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
